"Sadequain" jacquard embroidery jacket

A piece that was the culmination of Volume 9 - it is inspired by Sadequain's mural at The Free Hall in Karachi which was left incomplete due to the artists death in 1987. The garment is made of handwoven jaquard fabric with the Urdu rastah logo subliminally woven into the fabric. Each piece is finished with sections of incredibly intricate embellishments over pieces of Sadeqains mural printed on handwoven khaddar. The entire garment takes 8-10 days to produce in its entirety, and is truly a work of art.
