At Rastah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
